User Agreement
1. Authorization Principle
  The ownership and operation rights of all network services of cPen Network belong to cPen Network. Users must complete the registration process truthfully and fully agree to the various regulations, service terms, and operating rules of cPen Network to become formal users of cPen Network, limited to the user themselves.
2. Service Description
  1. cPen Network uses its own operating system to provide network services to users via the international Internet;
  2. All network services provided by cPen Network, including new features and products added or enhanced in the future, are subject to these service terms;
  3. Users must provide all necessary equipment for connecting to the international Internet, including computers, modems, and other necessary Internet devices, and bear the relevant service fees themselves.
3. User Rights
  Users who use the network services provided by cPen Network have the following rights:
  1. Registered users have the right to browse local services and contact corresponding users through the contact information provided by cPen Network.
  2. Registered users have the right to publish and modify corresponding advertisements after confirming the registration information.
  3. Users have the right to protect their privacy and control the display status of personal information.
  4. Users have the right to submit suggestions and criticisms regarding corresponding stations to cPen Network via email.
4. User Obligations
  Users using the network services provided by cPen Network must bear the following obligations:
  1. Provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information according to the registration requirements of cPen Network;
  2. When user information changes, they should promptly update it to ensure that the information is true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete;
  3. Users are fully responsible for the security of their usernames and passwords. If the password is known to others due to the user's reasons, the user shall bear all responsibilities for any damages caused. If users find any illegal use of their usernames or security vulnerabilities, they should immediately notify cPen Network;
  4. Users agree not to use the network services provided by cPen Network to engage in any activities that involve:
    1. Uploading, posting, sending emails, or transmitting any illegal, harmful, coercive, abusive, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, privacy-infringing, racially discriminatory, or morally offensive content;
    2. Content harmful to minors;
    3. Impersonating any person or entity in any way;
    4. Uploading, posting, sending emails, or transmitting any content that is unauthorized by laws, regulations, contracts, or statutory relationships, or transmitting any information related to national security;
    5. Uploading, posting, sending emails, or transmitting any content that infringes on any person's patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights;
    6. Uploading, posting, sending emails, or transmitting any material containing software viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or communication equipment;
    7. Interfering with or disrupting the network services of cPen Network or the servers and networks connected to cPen Network, not complying with the regulations, statutes, service terms, and operating norms of the networks connected to cPen Network;
5. Principle of Prohibition on Transfer
  Without the consent of cPen Network, users may not transfer, assign, or even resell all or part of the network services provided by cPen Network under any circumstances.
6. Modification and Termination of Services
  1. cPen Network has the right to temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or terminate services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable for any modifications, suspensions, or terminations to users or any third party;
  2. In the event that a user is deemed to have violated the service terms (including but not limited to this reason), cPen Network has the right to terminate the username, user password, or network services, or delete any content that the user has posted on cPen Network, with or without notice, and cPen Network shall not be liable to users or any third party.

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other internet website or mobile apps or resources. Because we have no control over such website or mobile apps and resources, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of such external website or mobile apps or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such website or mobile apps or resources.

We will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such website or mobile app or resource.
Volatility of Crypto Currencies

By accepting the Terms of Service you understand that blockchain technologies and associated coins or tokens are highly volatile due to many factors, including but not limited to adoption, speculation, technological and security risks.

You also recognize that once the cPen token distribution starts, cPen Mainnet goes live or cPen is listed on an exchange, $pen will experience similar volatility and will be subject to the same factors faced by other cryptocurrencies. Recognize also that the cost of transactions on such technologies is variable and can increase at any time, causing an impact on any activities that take place on blockchains.

You acknowledge these risks and represent that cPen Network cannot be held liable for such fluctuations or increased costs.
Data Protection and Privacy

cPen Network is committed to protecting user privacy and will collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information as permitted by law.
Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless cPen Network, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform or breach of this agreement.
Termination

cPen Network reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts or services at its discretion, with or without cause.
Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Amendments

cPen Network reserves the right to update or amend this agreement at anytime. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on our site. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Services by you after any modification to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the agreement as modified.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. If translated into other languages, only the English version will be legal considered.
